We came here to pick up a bottle of wine as a gift for a friend. We did not expect the excellent 5 star service that we received. The kind worker at the store gave us an entire wine tour from the different countries and explained to us the difference between em. It was like a $500 value of a guided tour and this person just did it out of the kindness of their heart. After selecting the 2 bottles of wine, we were pleased to find out they offer a free bottle chilling service. colin, no one has to drink warm or hot wine anymore!

Visited in-person and ordered online with in-store pickup. Both experiences were superior: no wonder they're successful. Efficient & professional operation when you order online and pickup @ store. If in-person, you'll find well-stocked aisles (though a bit confusing if seeking unusual items like hard pumpkin cider). I've always managed to find help when sought. In-store people have great service-oriented attitudes. Two thumbs up.

Great store! Warmly welcomed as I walked in. Tina the manager was amazingly helpful. Maria checked me out and was so cute and funny. On a scale of 1-10 for customer service, I would give them an 11. My new favorite store in the Bay!!!

They have a great selection of wines, whiskeys, beers, and more. They're at a good price, too. Also, it's great to go to the stores in CA, because the ones in NC didn't sell hard liquor due to state laws.

Amazing selection of wines, beers, spirits and even cigars. They have a walk-in fridge with kegs and multi-packs. There is also an aisle to build your own 6 pack.
