Employee was a bit rude about requesting my identification and claimed to have several interactions with me. I have only seen that particular employee 2 times. As I've only actually been in that store on 4 different occasions IN MY LIFE! Apparently, some of these employees need to be retrained and taught the policy of customer is always right. I found I disrespectful he was trying to correct me on an issue he was blatantly wrong about.

Anisha helped us find a wine which was nice to start our experience; however, when we tried to check out the wine, they said the price was different and that it has been misplaced. She did not match the price or give us a discount for the mistake.

I needed some drinks for work had no idea where to get them and saw this place was very close to work so I ordered online and picked up and didn’t even have to get out the car.

You can't have an emotional relationship with this place. They sell booze. Booze they have. So, at that, they're what they're supposed to be. The booze selection isn't what it used to be. But it serves well as an emergency alcohol resupply stop destination.
