Really nice setup Tons of options In my opinion way better than Bevmo We order online & it's really nice to use, especially when we are looking for very specific wines that we want to purchase. Of course when we come into pick up our order we always find something else to pick up & take home to try. In here I feel like a kid in a candy store..... I would like one of everything please. I can't tell how much I appreciate a public bathroom, it allows me to shop longer & not have to stress on where I have to find one.

Employees are nice, they help you find what you are looking for, the store is big, has walk in refrigerator and a huge selection of wine, beer, tequila, vodka and more!!

Was at the Thousand Oaks totalwine because the other totalwines I have been to have been friendly and courteous. This one, after being ignored for an hour by employees, someone finally asked if I needed help. Even during checkout, the guy was rude. I'm never coming back to this one.

Great store with most anything alcohol related available. Huge inventory, so if they don't have it, it's probably difficult to find anywhere else. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking.

I called ahead to make sure what I wanted was in stock. 'Ryan' said they had a case. I asked him to verify. He said he was 100% sure they had a case. When I came in the shelf was empty. They explained they made a mistake when inputting the data. No explanation as to why they couldn't go look at the shelf when I was still on the phone.
