The cashier advised that there is a benefit for acquiring 5000 points in their rewards system. The cashier then asked if I already had a rewards phone number. I said yes and provided it. After entering, she looks at me and says, "Wow, you are a Grand Reserve member. Thank you so much!" As I am paying for my items, she thanks me for my business 4 more times. She then offers me a special bag to carry my items. She made me feel like a celebrity. I feel like the people behind me were going to ask for an autograph. Needless to say, she made me feel special. I walked out with a smile.

Great variety of spirited drinks! Displays and merchandise are presented well and are easy to find! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The pricing is very good, especially since I was mentally comparing theirs to a big box, warehouse store. I was there on 12/16 and the Christmas season was in full swing! The parking lot was packed and Christmas shopping was underway inside! I recommend Total Wine & More for their variety, pricing and staff!

I really like the selections they have over there and the associates there as well. I went over there recently and I was having trouble trying to figure what kind of mixers go with which liqueurs. Luckily, one of the associates, Davion, helped me out. He was really cool, knew what kind of style I was going for in my drinks and honestly, I would definitely go there again. Great service, great drinks and overall great experience!!

This store really almost does have just about all around the world wines to all sorts of a beers and hard alcohol you can image. Come an see for yourself. Can't find what you need? their staff will help. Wine tasting is here too in case you looking to try something new.

The curbside pick up is amazing. Online shopping makes it much easier to navigate the massive selection. Their prices are always competitive, if not unbeatable.
