I loved The Whiskey House! It’s a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a few drinks. They have an immense whiskey list, so you’ve come to the right place if you’re a connoisseur. The lamb nachos and fried cauliflower were quite good too. The bartender Max did a great job! We really enjoyed his service and conversation. I highly recommend this lounge/restaurant when out in downtown!

Insane selection of whiskey. We went to every large whiskey bar in SD area this weekend. The Whiskey House has 2X to 8X of any other. Wonderful atmosphere. Dark w leather couches and chairs and tables. Friendly staff. Solid food w all the basic offerings. Hand cut fries too. I want o have my birthday party here!

Whiskey, whiskey everywhere, and every drop you CAN drink! Love this place! They have the most whiskeys in the world! Guinness Book of World Records Award on the wall! Locals come here, and they’re friendly as well as the bar staff. Come have a good time and chat with anyone! They have a front outdoor area, and the inside is dark and black for a more somber atmosphere, but still inviting. Modern decor. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. $16 for most of their old fashioneds, and the Al Capone is only $6! I tried the Monte Carlo which uses Larceny Whiskey, and I liked it! There’s a burn, but a smooth one.

We had such a great time at The Whiskey House. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and will help guide you to a great whiskey tasting experience. We started with a variety of whiskey flights and settled for an old fashion. Everything was so good. Highly recommend.

Happy hour tastings and grub. Our Scotland whiskey flight was great and enjoyed going through the regions and 12 year aged ones. However 1 oz pours felt like scraps and when I ordered a negroni after it was bright red and tasted like 90% campari. The sniffers were also either dirty or water stained. Food was alright and still yummy. Food: 6/10 Drinks: 5/10 Value: 6/10 Vibes: 7/10
