I often come to this store. Morning crew over they are decent and they make sure they are giving good customer service. Employees like Thomas are doing very well over here but i feel like the evening shift employees needs some more training specially dealing with the customers greeting and connecting with the customers.

If I could put a 0 stars I would. I have gone to this bevmo with my partner multiple times. I would be the one paying for the alcohol, showing ID, and they never asked for additional ID to be shown from him. We go in today, my partner is paying, and they ask for MY ID. They have never asked my partner for HIS ID, when I am paying. Respectfully, I will be back to get names to update my review.

Good selection but good luck every finding someone to check you out. Cashiers spend all their time in the back door some reason.

Not bad location.. definitely have anything and everything you need as far as spirits go. I don't know if you have these locations in Texas where I am from but I would happily visit it.

On December 30, 2022 I had called the Stevens Creek store for Stillhouse Black Bourbon whiskey availability for pick up.The person answered replied "I'll get an associate to assist your request'. Phone call placed on hold long enough for them to discard. Later that afternoon I call back the Stevens Creek store. Some individual had replied " I don't think we had any S.B.B. in stock. I said thank you very much and ended the call immediately. I'm 100% sure I dialed the Stevens Creek store phone number correctly, twice. What's more! That same evening from the Stephan Plaza destination heading eastbound back home wayward on Stevens Creek Blvd. Had a chance to stop at the Bevmo at 9:35PM. Had physically seen the product in stock on the shelf. At the checkout, the associate had said at this time we don't except cash payment. At my discretion had decline use of my own credit/debit. As I walk away without the product, before leaving the store the female clerk sounded so offensive like a teenager talking to Hendrick. This is not a story for amusement. I know I sounded like Black people verbally to certain individuals. As a consumer point of view I believe at this store location them associates should make a change or a total change for the better on customer relationships.
