My first impression walking up was that it was a very nice place and cool atmosphere. We sat out on the patio, which was covered and very pretty. I had a steak, which was a perfect medium rare. I usually like a 6 oz but they only had 8 oz...didn't stop me. Service was decent. The server didn't know a lot but may have been new, still got us the answers so all good there. Now for the atmosphere, there was a band with good music and at some point in the evening (I think it was around 8), it turns into like a nightclub. We did sit around for a bit to people watch, to put it mildly, was a $#/! Show! It was entertaining to watch but I definitely wouldn't have wanted to have kids with me for dinner. My friend is going to go back and check it out on another night to see if the crowd changes.

The location is amazing, the outdoor patio is huge, there is plenty of tables, some have fire coming from the middle of the table and there is heaters every where. I had the Bloody Mary, my wife the Prosecco drink, one friend had the margarita and his wife the coffee drink. We all enjoyed the drinks, my friend’s wife thought it was a little strong but the whip cream was delicious. For food I had the burger, it was great, just a little too much of the 1000 island sauce, next time I will ask for on the side. My wife was disappointed with her Heirloom tomato salad, not a lot of tomatoes. She and a friend ordered the Tomato Bisque and it was delicious. My friend wife order the California breakfast burrito and she loved just wished it had more French fries. The time to get the drinks and food was long, it was not our server’s fault because he had a lot of tables by him self.

Great social & eating spot. Good vibes always here. I’ve only experienced friendly service and warm welcomes. The restaurant has always delivered tasty, satisfying food & drinks. Personally, I only ask to sit outside on their patio at the tables with the fire pits, but the inside looks “vibey” too, especially when live music is playing. The live music draws a good size crowd given the space available from what I’ve seen. Sometimes I see friendly small dogs on leashes there, sitting or standing quietly by their friendly owner(s) on the patio, which is a nice bonus. Family friendly. Overflow parking is easy to find. Just go there if you haven’t been. You’ll probably want to keep going back ;). Fortunately, this quality restaurant with quality people and food exists in Dana Point. Love it. Great indoor/outdoor spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some really good food and drinks. They probably had over 20 tap beers to choose from, so something for everyone. Also had a full bar and spiked selzers on tap. Inside they often have live music, so that was a lot of fun. Great location a couple blocks off the water in Dana Point
