Staff is always super helpful. But, have the prices gone way up!?! I was a bit sticker tag shocked when I went in, but maybe I just haven't been paying attention to the price increases lol. Either way, a round of applause to their kind staff and organized store!

It was the best customer service from anywhere in a while. A gentleman came out to help me with the wine selection (gift). He knew the flavors and popularity of different varieties of wine. At the checkout counter was an excellent service. Thanks for saving me a ton of time researching and looking at different bottles!

Today I decided to head to bevmo in the search of a new cabernet for my wife's birthday. I looked and found a few that caught my eye. When I overheard a young lady asking for help at a locked case for a cabernet. An elderly, bald gentleman helped her and from the beginning he seemed to have a tone. I didn't think much of it and decided to take a look since I hadn't seen this case before. While he had the case open and was in front of it, I asked, are all of those cabernet? To which he doesn't even look at me and just responds , are what all cabernet? with a good amount of attitude. And follows by saying, they're all wine, again with a good amount of attitude. There have been a few occasions with bad customer service at this location which is the reason for my 1 star. Total wine and more in t.o. has a better selection and cheaper prices. I will not be coming back to this location.
