Total Wine & More is a pleasant shopping experience! The store is organized and displays look great! There's a huge wine selection, with a wine tasting area. They have beers and hard spirits organized by aisle and distiller. They carry bar accessories and snacks as well. I was shopping during Christmas season and the store was busy with holiday shoppers. Still, the staff was so helpful and pleasant!

I ordered wine here, that is connected to our family name, for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was ordering wine that had special labels on it, and they worked hard to make sure I got the labels that I needed. Once the order was received, I discovered one of the labels was damaged, and the manager gave me a deep discount since they could not replace the bottle. The damage was not the fault of the store. I appreciate their efforts, and the selection in their store.

The staff I've encountered have all been friendly and pleasant. The wine tasting is a nice feature on Thursdays and Fridays and let's you sample a few items they are featuring. Lots of choices be prepared to spend a little while there if you are going in without a list.

The folks here are great. They're knowledgeable on wines and whiskeys - to the point that engages conversation on my knowledge of all 5 types of Scotch whiskey and Napa Cabernet Sauvignon wines. I never leave unhappy.

They have Mead!! & a variety of them!! The atmosphere is friendly & reflects onto customers because another customer helped us find a product without us asking for help. Then an associate went beyond & found a bottle for us without waiting for a key to open the cabinet. So yeah.. we're definitely coming back.
