Total Wine is the mother of all wine and liquor stores. It has overwhelming variety of wine and spirits under one roof. It's like a candy store for alcohol lovers the first time you step in. I was here to get a Glenfarclas 25 years. The price is cheaper than elsewhere and the staff here are all very friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. Thank you.

This is a great store and it is clean with helpful people. They have the best price in Bombay Sapphire Gin. I can find my favorite Spanish Brandy which is hard to find. Plus they have like 100 other kinds of brandy and most stores have less than 10. Lastly, you can recycle corks here which I like because cork trees are not plentiful and so recycling helps out.

If I could give this store less I could. I visited this store with a few friends and we were ridiculed for our wine choice. The security guard called our wine selection “fruit juice with sugar and a dash of alcohol” that was completely uncalled for. Not to mention prior us asking for help he was staring at us and it honestly felt like a here was an issue with us being in there. As we all have our own preference and weren’t wanting anything strong, that was very rude. Once we got to the register, we were all asked to provide ID. I understand this is to prevent underage persons from purchasing alcohol. One of my friends didn’t have their ID with her and we were ridiculed for it. Saying that they don’t even allow people who are under 21+ in their store. She is 22 going on 23. If that’s so, why not have a sign? Or a bodyguard at the door IDing every person that walks in. She merely forgot her ID at home. If that’s gonna be your store policy you need to be more proactive on these measures, as I have read many people have come much older than we are and have been denied. We only stopped here needing one thing, it was our first time in. But with this experience I rather go to BevMo. So if you’re going to come to this location, make sure you have all your documents needed.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Glen mostly who was extremely helpful and provided a variety of information and opinions on numerous products. We are very happy with everything we purchased and have a lot of future purchases in mind!

In the past I've had positive experiences here until tonight. I received a lukewarm hello and was followed around the whole store during the time that I was in there. I was asked if I needed help and I said no as I'm a regular at this store. After saying no I received an eye roll and the csr miraculously began showing up in every single aisle I went down and lingered while doing nothing. Upon getting to the cash register it wasn't much better and I've never felt so unwelcomed in a store before, just awful.
