Was extremely disappointed when on Jan 7th I could not return my unopened hurricane mix and bottle of rum. The Mardi Gras new years party was canceled due to extreme weather and possible flooding about an hour after I made the purchase on Dec. 31st. I still had receipt and original bag. Said I was out if the 7 day return window. Purchase=12/31 attempted return=01/07 reason for return extreme weather cancelled party. Oh well guess I will have to hold on to it and talk my friends into a Mardi Gras stand alone party or just show up at their house and plan to stay the night since that is a lot of alcohol for only a few people! Thanks bev-mo way to go customer service!

Employees were friendly and some what helpful. Selection is decent, I was looking for a couple specific things. Unfortunately they did not have those items stocked, the employees did not know when they would get more in. And they did not offer any other ways to check the other bevmo stores to see if it was available. In the end, the service could have been a little better. I was able to order it online at the other store in the area and pick it up later that day.

I normally shop at another BevMo, but this one carries those hard-to-find bourbons, like High West Campfire and Blantons. I will make this a regular stop when in Roseville.

This was my first Adventure in a BevMo store. There are so many different types of wines and such to choose from. Trouble is I don't know anything about wines! I was approached within one minute by a salesperson who eagerly explained everything I needed to know. She also told me how to become a club member so I could take advantage of the amazing buy one get one for $0.05 offer. I left there a very happy customer with wine I'll be proud to share with family and friends this Christmas!
