It had a very welcoming feeling once you've entered the building. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. There was a bit of some issues at the lines and people cutting in front. Other than that though the prices look great and the selection is phenomenal if you are in the neighborhood of the fountains and are a purveyor of libations, you should visit this place and leave with something. You won't be disappointed

The worst total wine, their manager was very rude. They over charged me (about $20) because their machine couldn't apply the best coupons. It's a common problem in total wine, and I just need to re-checkout again. However, I was insulted and threatened by thier manager when I tried to recalculate the receipt on this location. Finally, they did overcharge me but this manager refused to apologize and continued to insult me. As a total wine loyal customer, I am so disappointed and will never been here again!!!

Staff was harassing me, literally hovering around me 5 minutes before close. In addition to that they didn’t even have a full six pack as singles were taken out. Not coming back given their attitude towards customer service!

I had never seen so much alcohol in one place. Over 7 different Bailey's flavors? Check. Five thousand dollar whiskey? Check. 100 ft aisle of wine? Check. Am I ever coming back? Absolutely.
