I love this place. I'm broadening my pallets and I have to say Alice and I believe his name was Adam were very helpful when I visited yesterday. The recommendations they made were solid and I already went through one bottle of the recommended champagne. I'll be back it's rare to see such a good customer service especially nowadays. Thank you for making this fun.

This rating is for the wine and chocolate pairing class on 2/8/23 at the Temecula store. The instructor did not teach anything about wine tasting. He did not give any information about the wine. Simply went through the slides and we basically read them. He really had no interest in being there. If I wanted to just taste wine I would go to the wineries. At least I would have gotten better wine there. I could have done a better job at teaching this 'class'.

Absolutely love the selection of whiskeys. I try to grab something new each time and the staff is very helpful to gage your style and match it with a recommendation. Top notch crew that knows their stuff

Worst place ever! Workers are just there to hang around and when asked to help they have attitudes or take forever just to find a bottle that they have in inventory but not displayed?! Never going back been a customer for a while but it's seems as the years pass on they just stopped caring. Do better

For all the great selection this store can't seem to stock the basics in their the refrigerator. People would like a domestic beer other than bud light.
