I don't always leave reviews but I had to take a moment here. I was hesitant to order from Rancho Liquors after seeing a number of poor reviews from their online sales. That being said I'm glad pulled the trigger - they were able to fulfill my order quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. I did take a moment before ordering to call and see if someone would physically check if the rum I was looking for was on the shelf and available to ship. Nicole happily did this for me and was very friendly about it. She was super helpful and I received a FedEx tracking number from CA to NY within hours of that phone call after placing my order. Honestly I'd always call first to insure the availability of what I'm ordering, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Rancho Liquors again though. Exceptional service, and I thank all of the staff for a great experience.

There's a fix in on the shipping. Took 6 days to get to fla for 100 bucks, they hung up me and never gave an inch. A rip off, rude, uncaring, soulless people. The two stars is for the fact they called the tequila Blanco when it was really silver wich is better so thanks a bunch for that.

So far the worst service or should I say NO service at all. I ordered 2 days ago. Still have not received any notifications on the order. I emailed them twice and on their website, well waddaya know, yea NO response. Something has to be wrong with this company and it’s people. I already contacted my card company and was advised if I don’t hear anything soon they will do a chargeback. What a shame. Better service will equates to more business. I called them and the guy said he will check my order and call back but didn’t. I called him back and he says that they are out of stock. How can you do business like that by charging for products you do not have. Certainly Do not buy from them.

It's super stocked. I was surprised to see a walk in humidor, which was also well stocked and had a great cigar variety.
