I have been anticipating the opening of the Carmel Mountain location. My visit (1) day after grand opening did not disappoint! There was plenty of friendly and helpful staff. I like the upcoming store events i.e. tasting classes. What's not to like? Well Done!

Awesome store, the description of the drinks are clear. Tons of isles. Brandy all, Whiskey, Kaluas for cafe, wines all selections from California to all the world best selections, travel sizes all, vodka all selections. The prices are 10%to 15% below. Personal they are so friendly that you feel happy buying what you want. I took professional classes at the college for customer service and for me this stores are best qualified in the country.

Total Wine and More opened today in the Carmel Mountain, San Diego area. I am so stoked that they are open now and it’s on the way home from north work. They have a large selection of single beers, wines and liquors sourced locally and from around the world. This store is very nice and the largest of its kind in the area. The staff is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about their product. Also, I learned that they are opening another store in Encinitas later this year and in San Marcos the next.

This place is great. A ton of wine liquor and beer. It's over welming how much they have. They have everything you can think of and more. Nice display set ups. They even offer wine classes. The staff seemed friendly knew there stuff. It's great if you want to try something different vs. The same everyday drinks your use to...

Start with the good… Fantastic selection. Better than the other big alcohol place. Very clean and well organized. Online shopping is a good experience. Pretty fair prices here too. Now, the not so good… The staff I saw here HATE their jobs. Employees openly speaking negatively about their managers. Employees visibly frustrated with each other. Witnessed one staff member tell another ‘that’s not my job’ when they asked for some help. A little bit of a Home Depot vibe where employees walk the other way when they see you coming. No bueno. Someone higher up needs to undercover boss this place because the selection is awesome and I want to come back, but the customer service experience wasn’t worth it. Lastly, online pickup took way longer than just shopping for your items yourself. Wouldn’t do it again.
