I was leery about ordering alcohol online as I had a bad experience about a year ago from a scam liquor company. So I made this order mainly because of PayPal, knowing that if there was an issue I could dispute it. Well, after this experience I have been very, very pleased with Top Shelf Wine & Spirits. Selection was amazing. Prices were more reasonable than most on hard to get brands and the shipping was quick. Items arrived in good condition and very well packed. Communication was very good. Buy with confidence here! I have already recommended them to several friends and I expect to be a regular customer. Keep up the great work.

I had such a hard time finding Koloa Hawaiian Rum Punch at all other Big Alcohol Sales stores. Most of them don’t sell it or it was out of stock. They serve this on the Hawaiian Airline flights and it is delicious!!! I’m so glad you had this in stock and a good price and she normal shipping took a week and everything came in perfect. I ordered a 3-bottle gift set for a retiring coworker on April 10th. On April 25th, two bottles were delivered, and 1/3 of the purchase price was refunded. Of course, the bottle that wasn't available was the only "special" bottle in the set which I can't find locally. As of May 6th, "yes", they have a shipping policy which allows them to do this without contacting me, "no", they can't allow me to return the two unopened bottles per their refund policy, and "yes", the 3-bottle gift set is still listed as available for purchase on their website. They've been relatively polite in their communications and offered a 10% discount off my next purchase, but I won't roll the dice with them again to use it. I'm not sure whether this was an intentional bait-and-switch, but I can't confirm it wasn't either. Order at your own risk; maybe your first experience will be better than mine.

Received my bottle today from UPS I love this stuff tastes great since no store in area sold it yet my only option was online and luckily take the pay in 4 plan with PayPal that’s how I got it all and all happy with my purchase definitely buy again UPDATE 3/10/23 got two more new items also pretty good

Most incredible customer service i can recall in a long time. Requested to change my order a day after ordering, at midnight, by email and within 2min it was done, refunded, and a friendly, courteous email received. Midnight! 2min!! Many websites will offer much of the same products, but knowing you support a family business, they are friendly and willing to quickly ensure you have the product you really want, is worth a lot of peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend! Midnight!!! 2min!!!!! Wow.
