Today at the Liquor King I've noticed they advertise one price on the shelves but at the checkout they charge you a few dollars more. I do not do business with dishonest people. They refused to refund my money, just the overcharged amount. $3.00 overcharge per customer, that sure does add up. This has got to be illegal, stealing from the customers.

While I had previously purchased some items at another store, I realized that they had not been added to my customer loyalty points. Liz, the Western Center Store Manager helped track down those purchases, verified them and applied to my account. It was very much appreciated. Also the store has a great selection across all spirits, is well organized and very clean.

Lizbeth and her team do an absolutely top notch job for my restaurant. She has found specific bottles I have looked for, for years. I am so happy that they have added wholesale sales to restaurants. It is so much better to deal with a local company, and with people who will go out of their way to make sure you are perfectly satisfied.

Had what I needed at a decent price. Might enjoy the experience a little more if the Mexican music wasn't blaring. Fun and happy staff made me laugh. So the music was doing a good job for them.

It’s nice to have a liquor store in the neighborhood, but I think I’ll drive an extra few minutes up the road. I was in there today, and just like almost every other time I’m in there… the two women that were working were just rude and just unhappy. They are usually even more rude to my wife when she goes in. I can overlook the extra $10 a bottle for the convenience, but staff that acts like you’re bothering them is not what I look for when I’m trying to support small business. I feel like if the owner knew this, he might think the same thing. Who knows? It’s a shame, I think I met him during the bad weather, and he was super nice.
