They sell expired beer. When I tried to return it for the same product, the manager Ryan refused, and told me that date on the bottle was the brewed date. I expected to purchase a quality product, and it's unfortunate that not only did they deny me a quality product but also quality customer service. Be sure to check the items you purchase.

I stopped by this location to run a few tasking apps that I use to make extra cash. It involves finding an item and taking a few photos of that item. An employee approached me and asked if they could help me find something, to which I explained the reason for my visit. I was told they don't allow it and for me to leave if I wasn't going to purchase something. I politely thanked the man and left the business. I was dressed neat yet casual, no holes or stains, flip-flops to my attire. Because of their lack of willingness to support the locally self-employed, I will make all alcoholic purchases with other businesses. I will also pass this request on to my family and friends, some of which are "professional" drinkers.

ROBBERS! I do not work for any other liquor store...just a customer who will NEVER shop at this location again. With complete transparency...Iive on NE side of town, and I normally go to a one of the larger liquor stores....however, I was near this Nacogdoches location yesterday and needed some bitters. Angostura marked at $19.99....Huh??? I was even shocked seeing this price....I am all about "mom and pop" shops making some money...big supporter...HOWEVER, you lose my trust, you lose my business, you lose any sense of my empathy to you - when you absolutely ROB a customer!!! IN frong of the cashier I pulled up my "other larger liquor store" app - and showed him....that the "other place" had the EXACT same size bottle for $10.99 (Almost exactly HALF THE PRICE).... Not to mention...the Nacogdoches area is less affluent area....so...I was just dumbfounded and shocked at the totally PRICE GOUGING of just this one item I was looking for - I couldn't even imagine what I would find if I priced out each item. INCREDULOUS! SHAMEFUL! Not that I visited your store a lot...but there are times I was on your side of town and your location....but guess what....YOU LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!! Awful...Just Awfully Ridiculous! IRRITATED with businesses like you, who try to steal every single penny you can! No Integrity!
