I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed in the customer service today. This has been my specs for many years. I'm in here every weekend. I've never been treated as poorly as I was today simply for asking a question. Seems we have no care for our regular customers anymore? I'm sure specs in baytown will happily take my money and answer my questions without an attitude.

This location is not bad at all. Good customer service. Helpful when asked. Decent selection with humidifier room. Beware, pre holidays can get very very busy.

This place is great for alcohil and spirits. Crazy line during the holidays but other than that. This store has a variety of brands of many kinds with bottles to cans to shot bottles. I would love to come back for special occassions.

Spacious clean with helpful staff. I got a discount by joining the key club. I prefer the in-town spec's for the deli.

They have everything you could need. And since the holidays are coming, I'll let you in on a little secret, if there is something seasonal that you are wanting, let them know and they will put a bottle back for you and/or call you when that order comes in.
