I want to support local business, but they charged me $37 for Tanqueray Gin (750 ml) that cost $22 in Total wine.... Nope. That was my last purchase here. Taking my business somewhere else

This is a review on their customer service over the phone, as I have not actually been here. I called to check on the availability of a certain bottle of whiskey that I wanted and they wouldn't give me a price on it. This really gives me the impression that their prices are not competitive, since they have to keep them a secret until you have already spent valuable time and gas making the trip to their store.

The store is always clean, they have a good selection, the staff is always amazing and knowledgeable about what they're selling. If they dont have something you are looking for, they will usually order it for you. Much rather go here than go to some place like specs.

I went in there last Friday (11/3/17) for a couple of bottles. I was greeted unenthusiastically by the cashier as she continued to chat with a friend at the register. Another lady with short brown hair did ask me if I needed help, which was nice of her. Unfortunately for me I grabbed a vodka bottle thinking it was tequila so, I went back the very next day to exchange it. The lady with the short brown hair was attending the register. I brought up the bottle with receipt and began to explain that I would like to make an exchange, to which she interrupted me to tell me that, 'we never make exchanges or refunds here!'. Needless to say, I did not appreciate the rude behavior and will never be returning. There is a wonderful and friendly WB Liquors around the corner on Desert Blvd.
