Love love love Total Wine. Love in Shreveport and never miss an opportunity to shop here. They ha e the absolute best prices. ❤️ Now I may not come often,but when I do I make sure I stock up until the next time. Make sure to go by and visit. And stock up your points.

Total wine has great prices in a clean and helpful environment. You can even use the app to find specific products down to the isle and bay if you don’t feel like asking one of their awesome associates! Love this place!

I decided to try the online ordering service since it was my wedding anniversary. I had no want to be in any store, but I needed wine for the fridge. I had a very specific shopping list. I was consciously looking for wines from black-owned wineries. I'm surprised I was able to find a number of the wineries on my list. Clearly, I'd love a really deep selection, but this is a great start. I picked a time, waited for the email, and rolled over. Once you select your parking spot, you use the email to alert the store to where you're waiting. My order was 3 boxes, so I figured it would be more than a minute for someone to arrive. The young lady rolled out, checked my identity, and safely helped me load my purchase. Although I do enjoy shopping this location (folks are courteous and do help you find what you're looking for), I will use this service again to save time.

Love this store. Excellent customer service and they always have what I'm looking for... And some stuff I didn't know I wanted to try! Best prices I've found in the area too.

I don't always find what I'm looking for, but the staff is always so helpful that they direct me where I need to go and when they are NOT busy they even call to make sure before they send me in that specific direction. Most of the staff is very informative and are always willing to help. At times they even recommend certain items if ur on a budget. Keep up the good work guys.
