Visiting from a state where we don’t have Total Wine. From entrance to checkout, I was very impressed. Staff and selection was more than I expected. Everyone was so helpful and nice, not pushy at all. I asked for some recommendations and they were awesome! Got some great wine I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Keep doing what you’re doing and thanks for the awesome experience!

I love this store but i am so disappointed in their “rating” system on the wines. I shop at total wine a minimum of once a week. I love the selection, employees and the store in general. But their review rating system for the wine is horrible. We went in last week and bought 4 reds with the help of an employee that were all listed as “favorites” of employees there. All 4 were absolutely horrible. I have seen postings on line about the fact that these ratings are bogus and are designed to push certain wines. I now believe that and will never again take those store suggestion tags wines into consideration when shopping there. It is very disheartening to think that these store suggestions are just ploys to push certain wines and you can’t actually get help with purchasing new wines to try. I have better luck picking random ones out on my own.

Every person in this store will literally bend over backwards to make your shopping easy and enjoyable! They are lovely to chat with and make my shopping experience great every time! I cannot express how wonderful the staff is here!

I never write bad reviews but I never felt so uncomfortable shopping in a liquor store. I know I look young but for workers to ask for my license 5 times is uncalled for. I was so embarrassed. I am almost 22. I definitely understand the policies, but to be followed and stared at was horrible. They weren’t helpful just the two girls were friendly. I will never go back again.
