Less than half a star, they’ll pick and choose how friendly they are with you and have weird staff that use aggressive “customer service”. I came a with friend who’s over 21 but didn’t have his ID and then I came back alone hours later and was STILL denied service. Just because I was “recognized”. Another situation With the same staff member, a friend came earlier during the day and was denied so I went purchase for myself, which was the initial reason to come, I was denied because of the same car. Not sure if that’s proper “policy” but they’ve made me feel VERY uncomfortable coming there and I won’t come back ever. And stay close!

This has been my go-to alcohol store for two years and I am unfortunately having to change vendors due to the discrimination that I felt today. We are a family of 3. All males: myself, my husband, and my son. Cashier named Andrew decided that we don't look like a typical family. He refused the sale and kicked my husband out of the store because he looked at his phone while my son waited in the car. He said that those two factors were enough to derive suspicion that we are providing alcohol to minors. I called the store to hear from Andrew himself to hear if maybe there was more to the story, but he said the story exactly as I heard it: 1) my husband checked his phone 2) my son was in the car. He just stated that he can derive suspicion out of anything he feels. Something just doesn't seem right with this policy.

Will not shop here again! I was thrown out and refused service because I brought my son with me even though they have a sign inside that says, "All minors must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian" Called and politely asked for clarification on the policy and was ultimately told that the employees have the right to make up the policy as they go.

Great staff, prices and no plushie sales tactics. They want you as a permanent customer not a one off.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean, with a great selection of spirits. Definitely coming back!
