Love Love Love that promotions and opportunities to try new things has returned. The nicest lady was promoting Astral Tequila and the recipe she gave me that also included the Hendura Agave (available in the store) has been a hit with my family and friends. It's my new preference for Tequila and it all started with a great smile and great attitude.

I live in Montana now, and miss Total Wine. Wry much. The closest one is 5 hours away in a Washington. Soooooo much selection and great prices. What’s not to love?

There are tons of great options, including artisan brands you won't find in other liquor stores. I would give 5 stars, but a staff member selling bourbon was a little rude, and I overheard a snarky comment about how he wasn't giving samples. It was confusing because another table selling bourbon nearby WAS giving samples. Fortunately, most of the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It won't deter me from returning.

I really, really, really hate to say it. But I think I was racially profiled at this store. When security is on every aisle you are and trying not to appear to be is not a good feeling. It seems the service is not helpful as they could be. Although I don't like to bepestered when I'm browsing. It's for the oak lawn type which I am not. They were not rude, but I felt uneasy coming here. A color thing?, Dunno. The cashiers we're nice enough. It's wasn't uneasy enough for me to never visit again because I will. .

They follow all the black people around. Much of the staff are unfriendly and passive aggressive. The cashiers are nice and they carry good things, but I can cut the tension with a knife!
