This store has a great selection and great customer service. I just happened into the store for the first time yesterday and they treated me like a regular. I had alot of questions about some bottles they had and a few I was looking for, and the owner took his time, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to call another store to see if they had a bottle I have been searching for, for months now...the other store had the bottle and he asked them to hold it for me. Today's crazy market has made many store's guarded against people looking for allocated bottles; it was refreshing to be able to actually go into a store and have a conversation about hard to find bottles and not feel like a bother. The folks over here were great. I will definitely be back to this location!

Bought this earlier and both my friends love it and one had bad experience with Vodka . I love it mixed with Pepsi because they make a Mango Pepsi. 10/10 would reccomend over TRULY Vodka

I went in the store today, the same worker who always checks me out was overly rude and disrespectful towards me and my daughters after i decided to spend a nice amount of money, like i do almost every time

I drive a little bit further to come to this liquor store since its so much nicer than the others in the neighborhood. Its always clean and with a great variety of liquor and wine. They also recently started stocking more local and national beer varieties. Its also great that they have mixers, waters, and gatorades too. There is a clear covid divider at the counter now which is safe. Occasionally they have brand reps at the front handing out samples. The staff is always nice, they help you when you ask but don't pester you if you don't need help.

This is my go-to liquor store in Dallas. It's easily accessible with plenty of parking. Every time I walk in (or another guest walks in), I'm greeted with a warm welcome. It's always clean and well-maintained (inside and outside). They always have what I'm looking for. There is a real difference between Cheers and some of the other liquor stores out there (Specs, Total Wine, etc). Before I discovered Cheers, I visited those places and never got an ounce of service. Cheers is different. They help me find what I need and with a sense of enjoyment and courtesy. The owner is often there and always strikes up a conversation like he's my neighbor. It's a breath of fresh air to have Cheers in the area --- clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff and well-stocked shelves.
