NEVER SHOP THIS LOCATION OR LIQUOR DEPOT!! Girlfriend went to this location to purchase Glenfiddich 14yr Scotch for a Valentine's Day gift for me. She was told by the manager that they were out of 14yr, out of 15yr, out of 12yr, basically they only had 18yr which is double the price, after tax was over $150! The manager gave her a "take it or leave it" attitude, and pressured her into it, even though that was too expensive, and she ended up purchasing this at 7:30pm 2/13/23. I saw the bottle morning of 2/14/23 (Valentine's) and was immediately furious that she was upsold to the 18yr! I called at 10:14am 2/14/23 (they open at 10am) and the manager spoke to me in a condescending manner saying, "hey buddy thats between you and your wife, she made the purchase" and saying he would refuse to exchange the bottle. He proceeded to blame her, trying to tell me what he thinks she felt during the transaction. I will NEVER purchase from Liquor Depot ever again, this is the worst customer service provided by this manager that I have experienced. I tried to exchange the bottle less than 3 business hours after the purchase and he continually refused. Sad that this location has a manager who pressures and intimidates women to make higher purchases, then refuse to make it right when given the opportunity.

Dropped in 4 a family member. Cashier really knew his liquers & store. He sold a bottle of vintage Tequila priced over $100.00 during visit. And that was a small bottle. Gives ppl idea of the quality & range of liquors available. Medium 2 large store. Doesn't appear so from outside. Prices higher than found @ Holiday Liquor Store on Randal Mill off 820S. But Holiday is a fixture & was once the only store available near Hurst. Price 2 pay 4 convenience now booze sold in Hurst.
