My favorite local spot for pretty much any liquor or beer or whatever tickles your fancy, the only thing they seem not to carry anymore is my favorite Stella Artois Cidre. Most of the staff are unaware of the item but I normally find them at Kroger or HEB, even Specs. I can find everything else known to man at this location though, and i usually end up choosing something new to try, the wine selection is endless and whenever an employee helps me out with trying something new or on sale, it ends ip being a great selection. I have been to other Total Wines throughout Houston and this location is by far the best and friendliest. Check them out!

Great selection, huge varieties of anything and everything alcohol related. Decent selection of cigars too. My advice for buying spirits if you are new to this hobby, educate yourself before buying. Read labels, ask questions, and research.

I spend thousands of dollars on alcohol each month for work - I stopped at this Total Wine to quickly get some liquor for an event. The gentleman who helped me pick out the various bottles of high end liquor was very helpful. The manager, however, was not. He was incredibly rude, and when I asked if he could print something out for me, he said “he didn’t have time to do that for everyone.” There was no one in line behind me. I’d suggest you take your business down the road to Spec’s where they’re actually trained in customer service. I will never come back here.

Very bad customer service experience with manager and phone customer service line. Several of us booked and paid for a wine class almost a month in advance. One friend received confirmation via PayPal (how she paid ). Day of, total wine said they had no record of her and nothing they could do manager declined to make any a accomodations or help us at all . He took a not my problem attitude. He said there was no one on site where a formal complaint could be filed with . He gave us customer care number to rectify the situation. I chose the hold my place in line and be called back later . After several hours, no one called back. Called again and waited on hold and no one ever answered . When we got to the class there were several open seats and no one checked tickets. The star in this review goes to the people who ran the class and did a nice job. Just don't expect any help or customer service if there are any issues or resolve any of the issues on their website

Yesterday afternoon, I visit this store because I was doing a Instacart order. I walked in, and I asked one of the associates for help. I could not find what I was looking for so one of the male associates who was very helpful. Help me find all of my items but one of the associates who was a female older female who was like in her 40s or 50s. Seen me and told me to get the last of my stuff and get out because we are trying to go home me not knowing because I have never been to a total Wine and more store cause I don’t drink. I did not know what time they close, but the total rudeness and disrespect, that’s not how you do customer service the fact that you told me to get out and then continue to harass me once I got to the front of the store while your colleagues sit there and laughed. It’s totally disrespectful. This store needs to do better when it come down to customer service but I think you to the male associate who took the time to walk me through everything and help me find what I was looking for for my order.
