I just called the police to escort me back to the store because they refused service as soon as I walked through the door and stated I didn’t even look 20. They stated I needed a ID just to enter the store before purchasing but it wasn’t posted anywhere. My husband was already in the store and just called me in on a question and told the clerk they didn’t ask for his ID. I returned back to my car for my ID to only find out my husband had it in him and already showed the clerk. The clerk said at this point I needed to leave the store anyway. When I arrived back with a officer they told him I looked 17 even though I’m 40 and my ID could have be fake so they just wanted me to leave. The police says they were probably racially profiling me and making up excuses at this point And we could come back in the store if I have the SAME ID and be POLITE. But why wouldn’t I be polite? He gave me the managerial the next shifts information since the day manger wasn’t there. And I have Brenda to reach out to them. Hopefully they can resolve what has happened I would hate to think that it’s because I have dark brown skin and braid and my husband is super light with blue green eyes. Please be mindful of this place and tell your friends and family. I do not support stupidity!

Perfect shopping experience with excellent customer service. The shelves were stocked and everything was well organized. They made several recommendations with educated support. I loved how they asked me questions about my preferences and personalized my experience. I will shop M&R for all my spirit needs going forward. There was also a tasting event happening and I loved the product too. Wow that Sugar Island Coconut Rum was amazing. The gal doing the sampling was super nice too.

Nice store with a decent selection of whisky/bourbon. Young owner is always fun to talk to and is very knowledgeable about his products. Usually have a store pick or two on the shelf. And if you cant decide on an item they can usually recommend something that is pretty good.

The guy working in there was UNATTENTIVE. I could understand being that while I was making a selection but not at the register. He didn’t bag the items nor offered. Please do better.

Usually a pretty good spot to go get my drinks close to home. Did have the clerk ask to see my debit card to match it to the ID on my name before which is not acceptable though.
