We've gone to Spec's for a long time. So, when this location opened years ago we were pleased. Thankfully, the location has a good staff most of the time. This location has bulk bean coffee you can purchase where we get one of our favorite flavors whenever it is in stock. (So many people love it, it is hard for any location to keep it stock!) There is a huge wine selection so you can spend more time than you realize making a decision even with a staff member's assistance. The liquor is quite large. This is great when you prefer certain brands versus what smaller locations may keep. Plus, they can attempt to order you something if they do not have it in stock. I'm just happy I don't have to drive to San Antonio/Selma or Austin to reach this type of liquor store now.

We visit this location often. They always have a great selection, wide variety, and whatever I'm looking for is always easy to find and in stock. The customer service is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I pass 3-4 other liquor stores to go to Specs.

Go to the other Specs in town, it's worth it solely due to the people who work there. Oh my, this Spec's location has the LAZIEST employees in the world and are totally unwilling to help out at the register. Rude, lazy manager who would rather make her coffee than help people. Rude, incompetent cashier who can't ring you up correctly and sits there helpless waiting on someone to come void an item. While there was another register open and was just being used, they refused to just use that one. Granted she was also like 90 years old but the bad attitude and the unwillingness to do anything to help was pathetic. Keep in mind, I came here at 10am on a Friday, so it's probably not the A Crew but wow. Never coming back here again.

Horrible customer service! Ordered an online order of over $500 worth via their app. Turns out they only had 1 item in stock and can’t reverse the $80 worth of tips and fees! Twin liquors came through and offered me a discount for their troubles! Support twin liquors over specs any day!

Really bad customer service. New to the area so had never been to these. After two visits to the one near us in NB, I can say that you have to go out of your way to get help from the employees. They don’t walk up and ask if they can help you. You have to find them. I find that strange.
