They have their whiskey and vodka. They also craft their own beers as well. Great hand made pizzas. I personally suggest the midnight cowboy. You can also enjoy a cigar with your drink. They have expanded the hours so it's easier to get to. And I can not say enough about the staff, super friendly and get to know the customers. It definitely a place you need to try.

The motto of Johnson County Distillery is, “Come as friends, leave as family,” and their approach rings true. Warm and friendly conversations with Todd, Megan and the rest of the gang, creates such a wonderful experience in this old west saloon. They are shanking amazing cocktails using their special blended Jacob Weldon Bourbon Whiskey and Piper’s Vodka, brewing some easy drinking beer, and creating amazing pizza! You won’t find pies this good anywhere in Cleburne or surrounding towns. Easily a destination spot, especially when their extended outdoor space is complete. (They currently do have offer patio seating and indoor seating). We highly recommend visiting and supporting this local gem.

Awesome atmosphere! The staff was so sweet and attentive. The beverages are amazing. I am picky about my moscow mules and theirs is so good and refreshing. The wood fired pizza, wow! Even had fresh basil grown at the distillery. Definitely going to be a regular outing for my friends and family!

Let’s talk about how amazing this place is! If you haven’t been, you need to go! Grab your family, grab a co-worker, grab a friend…: heck grab your neighbor and run down to the distillery! The service is 👌🏼 top notch. The owner is very welcoming and it flows through his staff as well. “Come as friends, leave as family” I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. The whiskey 🥃 is soooo good and they have craft beers too. My go to drink is the In Fashion followed by the Ammo 🤌🏼 and let’s not forget the BOP (brick oven pizza) 🤪 the best in town. By farrrrr. Tonight after a long day I called to see when they close, the owner Todd answered and said they weren’t open tonight, but to come anyways! What? If that ain’t service I don’t know what is! Everything was delicious. Tell everyone you know and come support local.

The best definition of authentic. Excellent, cozy atmosphere with delicious pizza, fun microbrews, and some smooth blended whiskey. The ambience is that of a frontage road Texas bar, but with style.... The longhorn skull is bedazzled, the menus are done with high quality local leatherwork, and the barn wood walls have tasteful accents and labels. The pizza is delicious and there are some with quite a unique touch. The dough, most importantly, is excellent. The beers were a mix of mild and flavorful, with a top notch cider and a barrel aged porter. Finally, the whiskey. It's hopefully why you came. Smooth blend, good finish. Might not win any awards, but it's good, affordable, and not offensive. We detoured to get here, and have no regrets. It's worth a visit.
