This location is amazing! The manager could definitely teach other managers on how to treat people. She has great service. She knows her customers and is very welcoming when coming into this store.

Ariel and Melissa are THE BEST! They will always lead you in the right direction for the right selection! Two thumbs up!

I not only have had a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES that I’ve been in here, but I also was astounded by the ignorance and immaturity of the 30-something-yr-old with maroon hair, who was working behind the counter. Thank God for other liquor stores! Too bad this place doesn’t have employees who are educated on their products. P.S. God forbid you go in there for a bottle of wine and 3 minis, then come back for another couple little bottles — they won’t sell it to you 😝😂… some excuse about “driving around with a receipt in your car while you’re drinking.” First of all, who even gets a paper receipt anymore lol, and secondly, WHY ARE THEY DRINKING AND DRIVING?!?!?!?!?! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️🤮

Ariel has horrible customer service skills! She had a snippy tone and raised her voice at my daughter. She really had a problem with my child taking more than one dum-dum lollipop from a basket that was full of them. There was a problem beacuse there "wasn't going to be enough for the rest of the kids coming to the liquor store". I'm sure today there won't be more than 50 kids stopping at the store. The cashiers' behavior was ridiculous and unfortunately caused a low rating from this customer. Whenever you are working in a roll for customer service you need to remind yourself you are the face of the company and what you do reflects bad on the store.

Stopped by for a bottle of vodka. Had a hard time finding a brand I wanted. Jewel helped me find it very quickly. She was extremely nice and very courteous. I found my new favorite liquor store!
