I love the atmosphere of this place. Not only are the sample people delightful but all the employees are knowing and polite. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price, including my favorite cigars. Well worth one of my rare 5-star ratings.

Can always find what you want at a good price. 99% of the workers are happy to be there. The guy that works the booth by the specialty beers is never in a good mood. I've been there numerous times and he's always there and never happy. Kinda feel bad for him.

I love Total Wine. Great selection and great prices. As someone who doesn’t drink, going to the liquor store can be overwhelming when trying to get gifts for family/friends. But I can always find what I need. The only thing I don’t like about this location is the staff tend to ask “can I help you” a lot. I typically like to browse and look at options (I am very indecisive). However, staff would ask me every few min if they can “help me” and mention how long I had been their. Always stressed me so I know either order for pickup or go to another liquor store to browse.

Sean is NOT a personal assistant and will NOT get a cart for you. Yes, I identified myself as a customer and Sean (? Spelling) as a worker. Apparently this does not qualify me for his help with a cart. Funny, as I was walking out, he had gotten a cart and was wheeling it out to the pick up area. He did point out that I had “walked right by the carts” on my way into the store. The front line manager told me what a great employee Sean is and they are short handed. Guess I was put in my place!

Fantastic number of selections of all the major beverage groups. Almost makes it hard to decide. If you need help, consult any store employee and they will answer all your questions. Great place.
