I've never had a worst customer service experience than I've had here. My friend and I decided to see what this place was like and were looking around. After about two minutes, the cashier told us to leave even though we already had products in hand ready to purchase. My friend jokingly said, "are you in a rush?" And he said yes sir I am so you guys need to hurry or leave. His attitude was completely unnecessary. I asked him for his name or his managers contact info and he denied giving me either and then threatened to call the police on me for now "loitering" even though we were trying to purchase items. I've never been somewhere I wouldn't recommend besides this place. Never, ever go here.

this is insane, I stayed by the wine section for about 10 mins, Not knowing what wine to select. So I turned my phone on to search wines in vivino app. This guy (not sure if he’s the owner or clerk) was not helpful at all, he even said he doesn’t know much, and that I can just go by the prices and try. When he saw me using my phone, he said he no longer provides service and that I cannot buy from his store because I was using my phone to search for wine (I took a couple of pictures to use the app). Never was I rude at any moment, and I was only trying to look for a good wine to pair with my dinner. Small shop that neither have a good variety, nor an informative or helpful clerk. Don’t go.

Horrible horrible service, the tall guy in the evening, gives me anxiety to go in all the time, I’ve complaint about his behavior to the morning shift, to the manager and they just smile like they know what I’m talking about, he humiliated me today, two different debit cards one was talking a little longer than the other one, and he had to be specific with the people behind me, I told him, I have $100 but your always against it, so cancel my debit, gave it to me on cash.. then, I said I’ll just take one, and he said no, you took time off me, when his BF clearly called him on the landline, and his time taken away was that he kept on wanting to talk to his boyfriend…. I recorded and will be posting them on all my social media platforms…
