I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my sister were the only African Americans in the store and the only ones to be ID’d as soon as we walked in and began to shop. They kept asking if we would like to place our merchandise on the counter several times, as if we we were not paying costumers. They also had their young child behind the counter. When we went to pay, they misplaced our card. They made us feel very unwelcome and we will NOT be returning to this establishment or recommending it! You could get alcohol cheaper at a gas stations with better hospitality!

I was quite happy with my experience here! Not only did I enjoy the "In Person" contact, but also really enjoyed the kind voice and sense of humor the young lady had the day before! As a dedicated drinker, I found this place to be well stocked and more my speed. Plus, they had my Christian Brothers Brandy and that wins me right out of the gate. I really like this place and the folks here are nice. Now an important note...when the lady says "Across from The Steakhouse" it does not mean "K-Bob's". It means drive down the street or better yet plug it into the GPS. I was driving like Grandma looking for my Brandy as stores closed Sunday. Bottom line, I really liked this place as a graduate of "Educated Drinker University" and I endorse this claim 🤣

Friendly staff wide selection good prices

OMG love this place! Trustworthy! I stopped by and made my purchase at this friendly place. Little did I know that I would be back soon. After driving almost all the way back to the RV Park I realized that I'd forgotten my wallet. Driving like a madman I made it back to the store to find no wallet on the counter I left it right there in plain sight. I asked the clerk hey did you find my wallet and she looked at me perplexed and said no we haven't found a wallet. Now the gentleman in front of me looks around he looks down on the floor and jackpot there is my wallet oh my gosh I don't know how the wallet ended up on the ground but there it was checked for the cards when I got out to the car everything was there thank you cowboy liquors We appreciate.

I came into Cowboy liquor as I was passing by on my bike. Berta was quick to greet me and super welcoming. She was helpful in making sure I was able to find what I was looking for. After searching the selection, I settled on nearly two cases of bourbon. The prices were really fair and selection was great. The owner, Jolea, was also extremely helpful as she helped to search for bottles that I was unable to find. She even gave me a tour ticket to the Garrison's distillery as a thank you for making such a large purchase. I'm blown away by how friendly and welcoming this business was along with how grateful they were for my business. Without a doubt, I will be back to Cowboy Liquor for more when I pass through. If you want a company that cares about their customers and is fair, come here.
