Amazing atmosphere and great cocktails! I'm usually not a fan of Gin but it was great especially with the Orange Serrano mixer (bought a bottle for home)! The Raspberry Vodka was fantastic too and a must try when in Fredericksburg!

Dietz Distillery is adjacent to the Peach Haus so it shares the same beautiful scenery and landscape. A quiet yet fun place for a tasting or cocktails. We chose the Salty Dog which was perfection and sat outside and enjoyed the hill country at it's best.

The founder Case Dietz Fischer led us through a delicious tasting of his Austrian-style distilled spirits - a vodka flavored with raspberry (crisp and flavorful raspberry that's not crazy sweet like other brands), a peach brandy (locally grown Fredericksburg, TX peaches are at the heart of this spirit, picked at perfect ripeness), and a gin that's barking with flavor without the typical bite (a lovely bouquet of botanicals and juniper berry). We enjoyed some wonderful cocktails as well. Congrats, Case, on the distillery - it was a long road to achieve your passion project!

In an area known for its wine, do not pass up this gem. Dietz Distillery has a unique selection of spirits (sans Whiskys or Bourbons) that are nothing short of sensational exhibitions of artistry and mastery of flavors. Dietz is energetic, inventive, insightful, and engaging. With the scale of this operation, it’s well-worth the trip. You will NOT regret the time you take here. Meg was great too!

My favorite stop in Fredericksburg! I love vodka and, thanks to these guys, I really enjoyed their gin too! The atmosphere is perfect with a huge deck and an option to sit in oversized chairs along the lakeside. Beautiful and absolutely delicious cocktails! A must try!
