Total Wine rocks!!! They offer regular wine samples. The cigar bar is amazing and rivals what you would find in the Galleria area. They carry non-alcoholic items which are frequently hard to find. They offer a huge military discount. And the staff are always helpful. Pleasant. Did I mention the wine classes. My member points rack up really fast and that means more discounts. Great snack items and IPB’s I’ve never seen. Definitely worth strolling down every isle. Unique bottles and decorative holders that are absolutely beautiful. Wonderful free magazines and bottle gift bags with membership points too. I pop in and never leave empty handed. Wonderful little gifts to share with friends and family too.

Went to purchase a sweet wine. There were 2 cases of Stella Rosa packs of 6 sitting in front of a price tag of $9.49. When I got to the register it came up as $18.99. I went to show them what the tag said and they said it was for another wine. However, the Stella Rosa didn’t have a tag by it at all. They should have honored the price where the merchandise was. The Hispanic male manager said no. I left my other things and left the store. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Completely incompetent staff. I ordered online, they took the funds out of my card, and called me to tell me that some cigars in my order were not in stock. Fine, let’s just replace that with different cigars, I’ll pay the difference. Well they tried to run the full amount again, instead of just the difference of $6, and when the card declined they decided to cancel my entire order. Now I don’t have my money or anything from the order. Great. Lady on the phone keeps telling me that they didn’t charge the card while I’m looking at my statement seeing they charged my card.

Love Total Wine and their selection but My God I think I’ll be making the drive to the Baybrook location from now on. Today the cashier flatly asked me for ID and gave me no greeting at all. It was a quick change in her mood after I saw her making small talk with the customer before me and she was just very Cold towards me throughout the purchase. It made me very uncomfortable and I was just happy to get out the door with my purchase. I’m 22 and I can understand if I look younger and that it’s important to make sure not to serve minors but, seriously, treat your customers better.

I love this store and I can find whatever I need and the workers are so fun, helping, and love what they do. You get to taste certain wines while shopping for your favorite drinks of gift for someone!!!
