We have a winner in semi sorta customer service. The one employee who was asked of a certain flavored liquor actually pointed in the direction of where it was located. Meanwhile cashier helping the 3 deep line in main checkout could have totally been some where else like the morgue where no one smiles. Wasn't the best experience but liquor is liquor right? I'd much rather shop mom & pop shops where I actually save money and get more friendly service. Cheers.

Short white female with piercings in her face and older white male working register today at around 3 talking bad about customer leaving the store. Looking at the reviews this is not the first time. Clearly store doesn't hold employees accountable. Going to send this to corporate as well.

Super helpful staff... they actually came to find me and see if I needed help. They gave me some insight on brand differences and got me a few bucks off of my purchase.

At the check out I was asked if I’m enrolled in the store reward program . I replied no and would like to know more about it. When I asked how to enroll and crystal has a very bad attitude while explaining it. It seems she was angry and did not know the content. I did not feel that she value me as the customer and appreciate my business. Totally uncomfortable.

I love, love, love Spec's. They always have Guiness in cans so it is my go to place for beer and wine. Aisle's sometimes get tight as they are constantly getting in new stock. Highly recommend.
