Customer service at this place is TRASH! Or maybe this worker just didn’t want to speak to me. He looked me dead in my face several times and said nothing. Almost like he was going out of his way NOT to speak to me. Not a simple hello. Didn’t ask if I needed help. Nothing! I understand that he was moving cases of water to the back, but it took more energy for him to walk to the front register to take my money than it would have taken to speak. The only reason I tried this place is because of its convenient location (3 minutes from my house). But looks like I’ll continue to give my money to Spec’s. Atleast I know I’ll get a hello.

Always knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection and good prices.

I am updating my review from 1 star. My old review is below. We have been back a few times as it is just so convenient to our drive home. We are here to tell you, the people at this location have been much more helpful and cheerful in the last couple of months. Amazing changes since our review a year ago. We will be back as Texas owned with great peoples are the places, we like to do business. So sorry the truck was stolen :( My wife and I have tried to do business with this establishment 3 times. I guess it just us. The staff is very unfriendly and do not try and help you find anything. Very disappointing since they are closer than canyon lake liquor but the staff there is always helpful and friendly. Yes we were in today and there were 2 girls at the counter.

It’s 7:45pm - and there are 3 separate cars waiting outside to provide revenue for this business… Guess we will go elsewhere

I will not normally go out of my way to write a review unless I am extremely disappointed. I came here for a bottle of Don Julio Blanco. I found it really weird there was no price displayed for it along with many other bottles on their shelf. I went to check out and to my surprise it was 100% more expensive than Total Wine. Whiskey Charlie's wanted $66 for a single bottle that Total Wine sells for $33. I ended up just going to Total Wine and bought two bottles for the price Whiskey Charlie's wanted for one. This place might be convenient but I can promise you its not that convenient. I priced a few other bottles in their store and they were 30-65% higher than Total Wine or Specs. If they want to start selling more they need to do some major price adjustments. I don't mind paying a tad more but this is just absolute insanity.
