a bit smaller compared to other spec's locations but i lowkey prefer this location. it's less crowded, there are actual staffs always ready to help. parking lot is mostly open, never full even on the weekends. i know they do get quite a lot of foot traffic but with the staffs present and efficient, and the fact that it doent take too long to go around the store, it just works smoothly in that sense. the store is well organized and clean.

Very small. Limited items. No friendly customer service. They prefer to talk amongst each other rather than serve the public. I don't recommend. Don't bother, there are larger, better stocked, and more customer service oriented Specs in town.

The tall light skinned older man with the Homer Simpson hair line was the absolute worst. He was not friendly I get people having a bad day but he was nice to other people just not me. I was kind and very patient. He seemed irritated soon as I came in and when I asked a question he was short and rude. I would never come here again and could never support such poor and rude customer service. Hire people that want to do their job and actually are kind.

Stay away from this Spec's. Lisa knows nothing about wine, yet she will lead you to believe she does. She suggested a terrible wine to go along with the pasta I was cooking. Lisa clearly doesn't like black people and what's funny, she is a person of color herself. I've seen her talk to black men and women like they are beneath her. It is sad that Specs employs a person who hates another race of people because of the color of their skin. Josie tried to help me, and I appreciate that. The tall black man was very direct and answered every question I had. I was looking for Aperol, he walked me right to the aisle and pointed out the item for me. The black gentlemen were very helpful, more than I can say about the other individuals in this store.
