1st timer. Out of towner. Great experience with Ms. Shannon and Mr. Brad. They were great help. They gave me a few sample tastes of a brand I have not tried before and it was magnificent. Excellent customer service. I'll make it a point to stop again next time traveling through Houston.

Have been going there for 2 years. I spend about $250 every 3 weeks. The older gentlemen that works there is the most unpleasant guy ever. My best interactions with him consist of me not disturbing him and then him telling me how much I owe. All of the other people that work there are great but too often it is Mr. Grumpy. My latest interaction with him was today when I walked in with a broken arm and asked him if he had a case of McCormicks. I usually get it myself but because of my situation, I needed help. His response was a grumpy "I have no idea". This is pretty standard for him if you ask him any questions. Even the people that work there refer to him as the grumpy old man. I asked him if he could help me get it to my car which was parked right in front, backed in with the trunk open. It would take him less then 15 seconds to step out and drop it in. His response was "I have customers so you need to wait". He had one person in there when I showed up who was still perusing and another who walked in when I asked the question. I do not know if he is part owner, but if not, you need to get rid of this guy or at least give him some customer service training. I will be shopping at The Liquor Shoppe across the street. The people there are always nice.

I was recently there on a Saturday Night when 2 young girls were running the store and it was chaos in there. One of them was watching a movie on a phone with her child. Then she got on the phone and called her spouse or something and was screaming at him. Then she yelled out loud that she had to call his mom because he wasn't doing what she wanted or something! And while that commotion was happening I said to the other girl that it was hard to hear in there because of all the screaming, and she didn't seem to notice. Another woman was in the store sitting in the middle with samples of something in cans (don't know if she works for them or what) and she was sitting down and eating delivery food. And when the other woman at the front of the store offered me a sample of some whiskey she was the only one wearing a mask, and I could hardly hear her. I really couldn't hear anything she said. She said she was sorry that she was losing her voice, and I felt bad for her. I think the Owner or Manager should pull any video footage from that night and see for themselves. I had purchased from this store before but this time was a totally different experience. I won't be going back.

Store seems friendly enough, went there a bunch, good selection, but if your on the hunt for weller, eagle rare, stagg jr, etc. you have to join their points club, (more you buy, you get first dibs) just like specs and total wine. Kind of disappointed they went that route, time for a new store.

Over priced and rude. Cashier argued with me that I told him to put back a bottle I didn’t. Only other bottle I wanted was in a "Rewards” cabinet you couldn’t buy as a first time customer. Store smelled too, won’t be back
