I would like to give it less stars because the older lady that help us check out was having such a bad day or something because she was not nice at all. The other two employees we encounter while shopping were so nice and helpful.

Great wone location and they do have some non-alcoholic wine so I would say his is a one stop place for a you alcoholic and great non-alcoholic drinks.. however the front desk lady on the day of my visit was really rude and as such a customer walked out of the store and decided not to make a purchase. I did complete my purchase because I just want to take my drink and head out. I would encourage the management to have some customer service training with the team to further develop their customer relation skills. The other guy I talked to was courteous and helpful. That encounter takes out 1 star from my review. Overall, great store to get your wine and liquor and can be easily seen from the highway

Horrible customer relations. The website said that if I signed up for a rewards account then I would get a $5 gift card for my next in store purchase. That was a lie. They didn’t give me the gift card and we’re not helpful. I won’t be going back to Spec’s

They have good discounts, but their customer service sucks. Some of them definitely need some serious training about how to deal with the customer.
