I have not had the best experience shopping here in the past. It seemed then, they only wanted to assist certain customers. NOW, I feel completely different. My experience has been amazing because of great customer service by Therone and Chris. Both are exceptional in providing great customer service. Not only that, they are knowledgeable about the products. Chris has helped us numerous times with selecting products, he was on the mark every time! He is so friendly, willing to assist everyone, and patient. I wish the other employees would follow their lead in understanding the products and customer service because when the two of them are not there it's not a good experience.

Always an excellent shopping experience. Lots of inventory and I always spend way more than I should. If I would have any suggestions, for me personally I would love to see a better and regular selection of Buffalo Trace products. This "once in a blue moon" and only buy 1 at a time is really frustrating knowing in other states Buffalo Trace is a dime a dozen.

Horrible merchandising. 75% of the time when I shop at this location the register shows a higher price than the shelf tag and I have to have it fixed. It almost seems intentional at this point. The crazy thing is that even small convenience stores with much less staff have better merchandising!

Great selection. From an avid Spec's customer, I am able to find a much better variety at Total, than Spec's. 100 percent better beer selection and other spirits are plentiful also. Now my go to for wine, beer and spirits.
