I went in looking 4 a white Moscato. An employee greeted me & asked if he could help me find something. I didn't get his name. Sorry. I said, yes & I told him I was looking 4 a white Moscato. He showed me where the Moscato was located & even helped me by recommending Stella Rosa Moscato D' Asti

Placed a order for curbside pickup. Checked in when I parked and was told my order would be out shortly. After 10 minutes and no response, I texted the number on the sign letting them know I’ve arrived. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to go in. The lady at the counter looked at me up and down and proceeded to give me my order with an attitude. I explained I checked in twice with no response received. No apology was given or anything, she just simply responded, oh yeah. Wont return again.

Terrible experience. Some old white hair dog lady was giving me attitude for no reason. At the register I Handed her my ID & she just throws it back on the counter while mean mugging me the whole time. Tell her to keep her negative attitude to herself, customers aint tryna see that

The only reason i came to this store was because its vloser to my office. But i will take an extra 10min and go down the road for better customer service. I was looking for a wine and ask for help. The gentleman assisted me.. when i went to check out they had samples. I tried it..didnt care for it and asumed i thru it in trash that was there. Well it come out that tge trash was more half filled samples. The older lady told me out loud that I was nasty! I have NEVER been so offended! She needs to find a place to work where her customers service skills are not needed. She was RUDE and very dismissive. I apologized for my error, she just rolled her eyes.. The other guys there were quite..but she was a tyrant! Last time I go to the location.

This specs location has a mediocre selection and an unenthused staff. Go to the big total wine right down the road.
