Horrible staff guy that works there with tattoos all over his neck and arms has nasty attitude his customer service skills are below unprofessional does not help or greet as you walk employees are a bunch of kids for being a liquor store they should have more experienced staff. they've lost my family and i as customers after this horrible experience

I was a frequent shopper until a new manager came in and has no idea what good customer service is. I had spent thousands of dollars at the store. I had a bad experience with a sour bottle of wine and tried to return it and the new manager said no. I would rather shop at Costco as they back their products 100% customer satisfaction. I’m confused why Costco allows a company that does not have their commitment to quality products lease next to their brand.

Great place to by awesome discounted liquors. This chain of stores are attracted to all Costco liquor stores and have a great selection. The variety changes based on the number at the end of the price of the items. If the number ends in a 7, example $31.97, once they sell out of the item, they won't be getting the item back in store. If the price ends in a 9, then the store will be keeping that item in stock even if they have run out the day before.

This used to be a great store with helpful service and a great selection but over the past 6 months it has declined significantly. Prices are consistently more expensive than Total Wine and now they make you leave your costco shopping cart by the front door without anybody watching your items, anyone can simply grab whatever they please from your cart and run off without your knowledge. I hope that one day Texas changes their liquor laws and we could finally have a costco liquor store with kirkland signature alcohol and good prices.
