Purchase online for instore pickup, drive 30 miles to the store just to be told we cant find your items, inventory must be off. No apologies, no let me see if i can get your items from the manufacturer or another store. Complete lack of customer service. I would avoid due to so much better stores out there with customer service. This is not a onetime instance it has happened 3 times now. I dont purchase a lot however they have lost my business. I will continue to tell people to avoid at all cost and pass better stores along. If you do go there hope you have better luck then i did.

Great store, incredibly friendly and helpful employees. My favorite liquor store in town. Great service, honestly one of if not the best selection in town. The downtown specs is overrated, love this place.

Employees look at you like you don’t belong there. You can feel the judgement as soon as you walk through those doors. There’s a reason this store is always empty. Do yourself a favor and go to a Total Wine and More for your liquor. The employees are nicer and there’s more variety for a better price!

The first employee I saw was giving out samples. I was curious and walked over. This employee, Chris, was too wrapped in gossiping at the sample bar to even hear me asking for a sample. Got irritated but brushed it off thinking Ill just grab what I came for and leave. Went over to the refrigerated area in the back of the store and tried speaking with another employee. The African American guy was very impolite and rude telling me to get out of his way. I saw another employee with dyed hair in the vodka section on my way to the front. The dyed haired employee made me feel so uncomfortable and weirded out by the store. I put down what I had in my hands and left.

Probably my best experience at a liquor store. Cory, the sales person, was patient and knowledgeable. Ive never had anyone explain the history of wine in detail before. Other staff was polite as well.
