Everyone was so personable and welcoming. Although it was my first visit, I felt like a long time customer! In addition, the prices are a lot lower than some of our well known liquor store chains. Thanks again guys!

Ashley c was very rude, and she definitely made me feel very pressured into rush when clearly there was no one in line and another register and Ms Ashley said think about the other people in line when there was no else there in line. It was close to 9pm, but it wasn't 9 yet and I was already ready to pay and walk out with my purchases. Not professional at all!!! Even said next time I should get there two hours early... no need for that. Other staff were friendly, but another lady that made the comment if had anything in his pockets, he emptied out his pockets and there was no need for that. Very bad customer service from these two ladies, everyone else was friendly and professional, but I will not be coming back to this spec's. And look from the reviews a week ago.. it's not just coincidental.

This is my favorite Specs! The staff is always friendly, attentive and GREAT with recommendations and substitutions for what I'm looking for. I am a herbalist and rely on 3 staples, that I buy every 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks Carl and crew for always providing a great customer experience!

Not a huge location, or selection, but got what I needed. No foods. Staff was not very attentive.

The craft beer selection is weak and many of the slots were empty. There were a lot of employees standing around. I was unsure how to exit, employees were standing in the way and unforgiving about having to move out of the way for me. The cashier packed my purchases in a box without regard for weight distribution.
