Order ahead online on the 1542 Bandera road location on the day before New Year’s Eve and was told they couldn’t fill my order I ordered a 75$ casa migos trying to prepare for New Year’s Eve. They said they couldn’t fill it for suspicious activity so I say ok can I have my money back they say to go online and cancel it I go to the website and it says I have to call the store to cancel it so I call and say it’s me again and they left me on hold for 45 minutes hoping I would hang up and I did so now I didn’t have a bottle for new years and guessing screwed out of 75$ I tried getting a corporate number I left emails on the website I really don’t know what to do at this point but I know I’ll will stick to what I know which is specs I’ve never had this problem with them.

Worse place ever for customer service .. counter lady is very rude and racist

Jan 18, 2022
Recently stopped by this store. There were no customers in the store, one manager, and 2 cashiers. As I walked in I was not even greeted. They didn't even bother to ask me if I needed help. I had to find the liquor myself, Take it to the counter. I told the cashier "Hi how you doing? you need help"? She looked at me like if I was crazy. The worst customer service ever.
