Always courteous and service with a smile no matter who is working. The store is kept very clean and organized as well. I like it when I go into a place and know exactly which way to go depending on what I'm getting. Thanks, Crossed Keys!

The absolute RUDEST customer service. And on top of that, by the “manager”. I was hung up on twice when simply trying to ask if they had something in stock before driving all the way across town. Will NEVER purchase from this place. Customer business is a privilege. Not a right. If you’re trying to run everyone off and shut down, keep doing what you’re doing. Too many other stores in town with decent customer service to waste my money here.

Too expensive. I've gotten my clothes dry cleaned in Houston on multiple occasions and bring all of my work clothes at once for a very reasonable price. I took 9 items and it was over priced. I understand they may mark up certain items but it just wasn't worth the money. Other than price the job was done fine.

The woman behind the counter was very rude before the door even closed behind me as I came in. She immediately asked to see my ID upon entering, with an accusing tone like it was a nuisance that I was coming into the store. Her tone was not at all friendly. Didn’t have the selection I was looking for, and a bit pricey.
