We have had excellent customer service at this store. The manager, Nat, is very helpful with good recommendations and he knows his inventory. His staff is helpful with checking out and loading up.

Stopped to pick up wine on the way to a party. The over weight guy with a pony tail told me I needed a mask. I told him I have asthma and can not wear a mask. He told me it was no excuse. I explained that he could ask me about my health due to hippa but could ask me to leave he demanded a doctor report. He told me to put on a mask. I put the wine down and walked out. Then went to Specs and they had no problem and knew the hippa laws. They were very understanding and kind. I told the story at the party and Twin Liquors lost 35 patrons. I would recommend going somewhere else. Seems to be a trait of rude help. Amazes me a sales clerk at a liquor store feels superior to its patrons.

Used to go in here all the time but the past year or so, The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend the twins in Marble Falls to anyone. Go to specs or Circle B, they treat their customers with respect and don’t act like they hate their jobs. Wish 0 stars was an option. I don’t like spending my money where the employees are awful.

The women with red hair was extremly rude from the moment I walked in . I was my family of 7 first thing she is said this going to a seperate transaction or all together when we had just walked into the store . My Aunt stayed in the vehicle and cashier wouldn’t sell us alchol until she saw everyone I’d in the vehicle .. I felt very unwelcome won’t be returning there poor customer service.
