I went into the store to purchase a few things. The woman that works there who claims to be the manager asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told her what I was looking (chai liqueur) and her response was "personally I think that sounds gross and we don't have it"". I had to tell her that I wasn't interested in her opinion on my choices. When you have a customer in your store looking to spend money, you don't tell them that their choices are gross. I left without buying anything. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the store was looking to purchase a bunch of liquor that day for a party. I left without buying anything because she insulted my choices. Honestly I'll never go back to the store. It's a never-ending parade of insults every time I go in there.

Consistently charge more at the register than the price marked on the shelf. Just happened again for a purchase of Balvenie Caribbean Cask scotch - $5 more at the register than price marked on the shelf. Never had this experience at Spec's or Total Wine.

DON'T BUY AT THIS STORE. GO TO SPECS -- OR ANY OTHER LIQUOR STORE!!! Stay well away from this store. Go to Specks instead!!!!! Buy your liquor from a store that values their customers, provides good prices, and good services that also provide for the comfort of their paying clients. Recently I went into the New Braunfels Twin Liquors store and told the clerk as I entered, “I have a couple of items to buy, but first I needed to use your restroom.” The clerk immediately told me, "We don't provide a restroom for clients!!!!" (???) I was surprised by this surly, unwelcome comment but proceeded to look for the two items I needed. One was a bottle of a berry-flavored liqueur similar to Chambord, but cheaper. I described it to the clerk and asked him where it might be in his store. He didn't know what the liqueur was called or located and instead tried to sell me a bottle of the much more expensive Chambord. I knew that Razzmatazz, the berry-flavored liqueur, was available because I had purchased it here previously. After the clerk's inability to find it, I proceeded to look for myself and finally found it. I then purchased it and another liqueur which the clerk also knew very little about. After checking out, I asked the clerk for the owner's name and email address, but he refused. The next day I went to the Internet and found his company, which is located in Austin, so I wrote a complaint to them. To this day I have not received a response, so I can only conclude that the clerk was correct and Twin Liquors cares little for their client's return business and certainly doesn't plan to make their customers comfortable when they visit their stores. If I had a true choice, I wouldn't give Twin Liquors one star, but instead, award them a very negative four stars. AGAIN, IN CAPITAL LETTERS: DON'T BUY AT THIS STORE. GO TO SPECS -- OR ANY OTHER LIQUOR STORE!!!

Always a treat compared to rural WV. Missed out on fav DonJulio reposado but settled on Patron aged in sherry cask. Hope it proves it’s worth!

EVERY time I go into New Braunfels Twin Liquors on hwy46 The service is HORRIBLE!! If I could give them a negative star I would😡I get more help from fellow customers. Today I walked out after I had asked for prices on their bourbons. None were priced as they had moved them. She said bring them up and I can check. Then said “ I Don't have everything memorized.” Then went back to her phone. Did she expect me to bring ALL of the bottles up to check prices? She could have helped me narrow my search by asking me questions. Absolutely No customer service.
